Shipping

It is our goal to provide our customers with the best customer service possible, to include prompt order packaging and shipping.  Orders are generally packaged within 1 business day, but can take up to 3 business days during peak retail seasons. 

Please understand the following:

Halo, Inc. is not responsible for-

  • Carrier shipping delays (USPS and/or UPS)
  • Products that are lost or damaged during shipping.  The US Postal Service or UPS is responsible for packages once they are shipped.
  • Packages erroneously scanned as "Delivered" by USPS or UPS.  Please contact your local postal office or UPS to obtain detailed information regarding the status of your package once shipped prior to contacting us at hello@halobrand.com.
  • Please contact the carrier directly with any issues regarding your tracking information prior to contacting us.  Once you have contacted USPS or UPS, please notify us of any issues at hello@halobrand.com.
  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the estimated delivery dates.  We package orders as quickly as possible and are not responsible for packages after they have left our care and are in the carrier's possession.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.  It is our goal to ship out orders as quickly as possible in an effort to serve our customers as best we can with prompt shipping.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive a request for any order changes after checkout has been completed and the order submitted.
