Return, Refund, & Exchanges
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and require approval prior to mailing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with original tags in place. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items designated Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. this includes sale and clearance items where Final Sale is clearly stated on the product listing.
How to Request a Return:
To request a return, please contact us at hello@halobrand.com within 30 days of delivery.
If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you would like to wait for your return item to be received and accepted, your exchange item will be sent out to you after the return item has been inspected and deemed in its original condition. Items not in their original condition, to include original tags and stickers, will not be accepted, thus not exchanged or refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return item has been received and inspected. If the item is not in its original condition, unworn/unused to include stickers and tags, your refund will not be approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
